A large chlorine swimming pool of 10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep invites you to cool off. It is surrounded by a large grassed area. There are 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. You can play a game of billiards or tennis as, behind a beautiful wall next to the pool, a court awaits you. There are even rackets and balls. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a beautiful kitchen-lounge-dining room with A/C, designed so you can watch a film on satellite TV or DVD whilst cooking and setting the table. To prepare your best recipes, you have a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. This room is completed with A/C and fireplace to regulate the atmosphere according to the season you are staying. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
