There are a total of 4 terraces offering both sun and shade, as well as a beautiful and very well-maintained green garden with a large private pool (10 x 5 m) set within Tosca natural stone. Sun loungers are available on the large terrace by the pool. This special stone does not get hot in the summer and is slip-resistant. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water by the pool.
Numerous Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, as well as a large green lawn, round out the garden at the rear of the property. A covered outdoor kitchen with a gas grill seats 6 people.
