Beautiful villa set in a lovely landscaped garden located in the residential area of Crestatx (4 km from Sa Pobla) between the famous towns of Pollença and Alcudia.
The garden is large—3,450 m²—partly landscaped, partly lawn, and partly wooded.
It surrounds an 11-meter by 6-meter pool and a hot tub, which can be heated upon request (at least one week before arrival) and are child-safe for young children. A gas grill is available.
